Raced the Galletta’s Greenhouse #7 in the 2007 Klassic, his first show at Galletta’s. Showed great improvement between his first and second races.
Fun Facts:
– Chad Leroy only raced several times at Gallletta’s Kartway. However his friends that brought him up forgot to tell us that he was very accident prone, however… apparently he’s raced different cars and wrecked them all.
– He is infamously nicknamed “The Lethal Weapon” by his Coleman Racing teammates after his part in the accident that forced Ogre into an early retirement mid-way through the 2007 Galletta’s Kart Klassic due to broken bones (a broken scapula and five ribs).
– Chad did race again years later but now-retired racer Wesley Stevens kicked him off the track for driving recklessly. No it’s not a coincidence… same Wes Stevens, and yes he really did.
