9/2/2019 – Labor Day Twin-25 Features won by Nicolas Olivares & Greg Blanchard!

Monday, September 2nd, 2019 – We held a rookie make up race followed by a regular Twin-25 Lap Features for Labor Day ’19. And the two rookies who won the twin-15 Rookie races earlier this season won the regular twin-25s today — Nicolas Olivares and Greg Blanchard! The batch of rookies that have joined mid-summer are making big improvements weekly and any returning vets that mysteriously disappear will find that they will be hard-pressed to get any more handicap wins… IF they ever come back. But they don’t. Oh, well. On to the racing with the guys who show up!

Webmaster’s Note: Due to work, I (racer, video producer, point counter, and webmaster), AND my wife (the only willing camera person we’ve had for around 15 years… thank her for 98% of the videos on this website) work on Sunday – thru – Wednesdays (and occasionally more) AND have two young children, the time I have to work on these website pages and videos is significantly reduced. I have most of the summers off and it’s a hobby I enjoy, so that’s why this website and everything on it exists. I spend easily half the week or more working on them — without pay (ads USED to barely pay for the hosting maybe 10 years ago, but not for years. it now comes completely out of my pocket). I do it because I love doing it WHEN I have the time to do so, not because it makes money (-$200 a year) or fame (more like infamy according to some). So, I do what I can, and finish up when I can find the time and energy.

In the meantime, enjoy this unedited video until I have time to finish more later this week! Actually, it’s less and less likely that I can edit videos after my work season resumes in late August every year. But I’ll always get at least the unedited videos up (unless the video itself is missing or destroyed or my internet is down).

While there was passing, a wreck and an almost flip (Chris got on TWO WHEELS in the rear corner on the last lap) prevented any position changes. The race ended EXACTLY as it started. This may be a record for our racing! The race finished exactly how it started!
