Eddie Scruton was only 12-years-old when he raced with us in the 2005 Klassic. Assisted by his dad, he was experienced with racing and raced quite well when he had a functional kart under him, but his own #12 racing yard kart (which was a Manco yard kart — the single-seat version of the same kart that was adapted over the years into the Galletta’s #4) had motor issues and took him out of the 2005 Klassic in the early stages, and he rarely raced with us afterwards.
